Board Members

Our current Board of Directors are representative of a mix of the community, including retail and service businesses, consultants, healthcare, education, advertising, marketing, legal, accounting and payroll and banking services.

Mitch Donovan serves as President of the Victor Chamber of Commerce. With 25 years of experience in newspaper advertising sales and 5 years in video production sales, Mitch has worked with businesses in the Victor area during his entire career and brings a unique understanding of local retail, service, manufacturing, and high-tech businesses.
Tracy Morgan currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Victor Chamber of Commerce. She owns Elegance- Weddings and Events which specializes in wedding and event planning. Tracy is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteering. Tracy is an active member and past President of the Junior League of Rochester.
Samantha JohnsonSamantha Johnson serves as the Treasurer of the Victor Chamber of Commerce. As the Branch Manager of the Victor office of Canandaigua National Bank, Samantha is committed to developing and managing relationships with individuals and small businesses.
Bonnie Ross has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry including teaching, business development, and managed care services. Bonnie currently is the Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Thompson Health System. The Chamber looks to her for both long and short term strategic planning.
Ann Michael Henry is the founder of Mise En Place, an organization and productivity consulting firm which helps professionals manage the information they need to get their job done. Ann Michael applies these same coaching skills to help the Chamber officers move the organization forward.

Nancy Hallstead Purdy serves as a member of the Board of Directors. She is contributing to the success of the new Finger Lakes Community College Campus Center located on Route 251. The Center will offer FLCC programs in science and technology, liberal arts, and business. Additionally, the center will serve as a regional learning center offering 4-year programs from local colleges and universities. The Center has been developed to support the Victor and surrounding area with a variety of educational opportunities, talented and skilled graduates, and training opportunities.
Dawn Santiago-Marullo, Ed.D. serves as Superintendent of the Victor Central School District. The District is committed to preparing students for their future by offering the highest quality PreK through 12 programs. Highlights include state-of-the-art instruction in art, music and technology as well as K-8 enrichment, Advanced Placement, Project Lead the Way and International Baccalaureate Diploma programs.
