The Finger Lakes Railway is a full-service freight railroad with first-class customer service. In conjunction with local organizations and special events, passenger service excursions along the Finger Lakes Railway are available April through December.
Victor residents have hopped on board and formed the Victor Friends of the Railroad. They host an annual Rail Fest in August for the promotion and enjoyment of railway-related activities and education. Activities include entertainers, talent shows, games and contests, food vendors, and miniature train rides. You can also enjoy a 90-minute scenic train excursion and enjoy the themes provided by local musicians. For membership information call 585-301-1900.
Ganondagan

Ganondagan is the 17th century site of a Native American community that was a flourishing, vibrant center for the Seneca people. In 1964, Ganondagan was declared a National Landmark and is the only New York State Historic Site devoted to Native American Culture. The visitor center is open May though October and the trails are open year-round.
Ganondagan's Native American Dance & Music Festival is an annual summer event featuring a wide range of Native American traditional dancers, musicians, storytellers, and artists sharing their cultural heritage, crafts and arts with festival goers. The event also features the popular children and adult workshops such as cornhusk doll making, native foods preparation, interpreted programs in the Visitor's Center and Bark Longhouse, guided trail walks, and the family drum jam.

A historical museum located in Victor, Valentown contains thousands of artifacts, exhibits, and heirlooms that represent the local 19th century history of the Victor and Rochester area. The interior remains the same as it was when originally built with a general store, meeting room, bakery, harness shop, cobbler's shop, music school, display cases filled with early flags and military items, a Grange meeting room, railroad/trolley/telegraph office, ticket office, and a Grand Ballroom. You can find special events from June through September.
